Metamorphosis for organisations talk 2005

A presentation looking at ways to avoid metamorphosis in organisations. It identifies how organisational ethos can influence training, and examines organisational factors, such as regular meetings and service design, which are essential pre-conditions for effective staff training. Research is presented which has focused on teaching breakway skills, and physical interventions and the reliability of the literature in this area.
