I am currently working with adults in a dementia setting. I was just wondering if there was any evidence to suggest that people can be in the triggering zone most of the time and if so can you please give me an idea of there to find it. The reason is that some of the adults are very confused, don't know where they are, are surrounded by people they don't recognise, and are in a settling they dont recognise, and often show distress most of the time. Thanks as I would like to add to my knowledge and add this to my training. Thanks becky
