As a founder member of the charter I was a little dissappointed to read BILD's response. I appreciate that they are in a difficult position, but, I feel that avoiding the issue of prone restraint does not move the debate forward. I respect their position, but, for the record the charter is a document for INDIVIDUALS. We have already received good support from a number of MP's and we will continue to move the debate forward in a constructive manner.
