Has anyone ever used or know of a dietician with a specialism in adults with an ASD.

I'm working with a gentlemen who is 5' 11" and currently weighs in excess of 23 stone (at last weighing, in all likelihood considerably more now). He has not yet been diagnosed with diabetes but has been warned he is a major risk of developing this.

The gentleman has a caloried controlled diet provided by the service but will then purchase himself 'extras' to have with each meal and eat copious amounts of high fat food whilst outside of the service.

The gentleman is having regular psychology sessions which are focussing on his weight/diet but we are not getting the desired outsomes from this at present.

I should add this is a long standing problem going back well over a decade.
