Managing challenging behaviour in the classroom is a key issue in education today. All too often teachers find themselves in crisis management rather than classroom management situations resulting in teaching and learning processes being compromised.

Staff are taught a range of skills focusing on early intervention and low arousal approaches in order to defuse challenging situations.
