About Us
Studio 3 is a highly specialised small independent organisation providing mental health and wellbeing services and evidence based behaviour support training across the UK, Europe. We are the originators of the Low Arousal Approach, a non-aversive approach to managing distress, with a focus on the behaviour of the supporters. Our philosophies and practice focus on individualised care; trauma informed approaches; eliminating restraint and seclusion; and listening to people with lived experience. We support children and adults with complex and challenging lives and the carers who support them; including schools, foster carers, care providers, hospitals and commissioning organisations.
